Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Planner Scheduler Level 3 for its Engineering and Construction Division to support the Power Delivery scope, collaborating with Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early Stage Managers, and Construction Managers.

You will contribute to the development, engineering, and construction of Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, and Combined Cycles, driving success throughout asset lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or related field, or professional certification.
• Eleven to fifteen years of experience managing power system scheduling, project execution, and compliance reporting, or three+ years of dedicated Scheduling experience, or four+ years in PM tracking against baselines.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and track detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for construction projects, comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules.
• Analyze critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts, and recovery plans.
• Schedule and dispatch generation resources to balance load and generation in real time.
• Evaluate and approve OASIS requests and Tags, and perform energy accounting functions.
• Coordinate committing, decommitting, and outages of power plants with the designated System Operator.
• Lead scheduling processes for maintenance, compliance, and project execution.
• Perform hourly and on-peak/off-peak energy accounting functions with adjacent balancing authorities.
