Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for nuclear EPC projects in a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and site personnel to ensure schedules meet client procedures and best practices.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, exceptional communication, and a post-secondary degree. Travel to client offices may be required for coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software, including resource loading.
• Strong understanding of project controls in practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to use MS Office, especially Excel and Access, for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated schedules for EPC scopes of work for nuclear projects.
• Interface with project management, client management and site personnel to meet client procedures.
• Perform critical path analysis, identify risks, and propose schedule improvements.
• Produce regular schedule updates and report deviations from baseline.
• Support month-end close and phase gate processes.
• Create look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
