Job summary

EASTERN SHIPBUILDING GROUP, INC. is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to lead the planning and scheduling function in Panama City, FL. You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinate with multiple departments, manage data inputs, and support EVMS for government contracts.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in a relevant field, 3+ years in planning/scheduling, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong P6/EVMS experience. Travel is local with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in planning/scheduling.
• Experience in government shipbuilding or USCG/DOD contracts is highly desired.
• 3+ years as planner/scheduler and 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with resource-loaded EVMS schedules and cross-craft coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling; develop Integrated Master Schedule and work packages.
• Coordinate data with other departments; ensure CDRLs and EVMS compliance.
• Mentor CAMs and staff in EVMS processes and scheduling best practices.
• Produce and analyze schedule performance data; support IBRs and surveillance.
