Job summary

Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. in Florida seeks an experienced planner to lead day-to-day planning and develop the Integrated Master Schedule for shipbuilding programs. You will create work packages, drive EVMS data accuracy, and integrate with IPT plans.

You will mentor planners and CAMs, train staff, and ensure adherence to EVMS and ISO standards while coordinating with multiple projects and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day planning and develop the Integrated Master Schedule and work packages.
• Mentor and coach planners, CAMs, and EVMS process leads.
• Coordinate planning for multiple projects and identify cross-craft dependencies.
• Assist CAMs with schedule, labor, and subcontractor management.

Education
