Job summary

Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Planner / Scheduler for our Panama City, FL facility. The role focuses on day-to-day planning, developing the Integrated Master Schedule, and producing detailed work packages and inputs to maintain a robust, resource-loaded EVMS schedule.

Responsibilities include coaching planners, supporting CAMs, and delivering weekly/monthly reports while ensuring on-time, quality performance in a dynamic shipbuilding environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or other scheduling software in EVMS.
• Experience in shipbuilding/industrial production processes.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate schedule priority findings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day planning and develop Integrated Master Schedule and backup inputs.
• Create and manage work packages, relationships, resource loading, and schedule integration.
• Provide training and guidance on EVMS processes and scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with CAMs and other stakeholders to maintain master schedule and LC/ECN changes.
• Generate reports and support Earned Value Management reporting.
