Job summary

Pinnacle Specialty Group, Inc. seeks an experienced project controls professional to support CAMs on infrastructure projects.

You will ensure EVMS data accuracy and adherence to the EVM System Description, while coordinating with CAMs, PMs, and field staff on data analysis, reporting, and cost/schedule performance. Required: direct DOE EM FAR-based Tier 1 contract experience within the last 24 months, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong skills in planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project controls resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CAMs, PMs, and field staff through data analysis, reporting, ETC development, variance analysis, and reviews.
• Assist with project scoping for engineering, construction, remediation, and contractual requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and control IMS with cross-functional integration.
• Monitor and maintain resource-loaded schedules for EVMS compliance.
• Evaluate schedule logic, durations, resource loading, and critical path for EVMS reporting.
• Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and life-cycle cost estimates.
• Prepare and present project controls reports to senior management.
