Job summary

Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. seeks a Planning and Scheduling Manager in Florida to lead the planning team in developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule and EVMS detail inputs.

You will ensure accurate work packages, logical relationships, resource loading, and alignment with program baselines. You will supervise planners and CAMs, coordinate cross-department data, generate weekly/monthly reports, and drive continuous process improvements while upholding ESG ISO EVMS standards

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction or Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a planner or scheduler and 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with Primavera P6 in a resource-loaded EVMS schedule and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling activities for the program
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and EVMS inputs
• Coordinate with PM, BM, CAMs and other functions across departments
• Lead creation of work packages, data relationships, and resource loading
• Generate, monitor, and maintain routine reports and data integrity
• Provide training and mentoring in EVMS processes and scheduling
• Drive process improvements and adherence to ESG ISO EVMS standards
