Job summary

Hatch in Houston seeks a Senior Planner to join the Project Delivery Group. You will provide comprehensive planning support across engineering, procurement, construction and testing, using standard planning techniques.

You will develop detailed schedules, establish critical paths, manage baselines, and contribute to management reporting. A minimum of 15 years' experience in metals/EPCM and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering complex EPCM metals projects.
• Experience in detailed construction schedules and bar charts.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to mentor teams of planners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update multiple project schedules with WBS.
• Estimate activity durations and set schedule baselines.
• Identify critical path and monitor schedule performance.
• Prepare Level 1-3 schedules and management reports.
• Support change management and schedule updates.
