Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Site Planner / Scheduler to develop and manage schedules for large, complex projects in the metals, infrastructure and energy sectors. You will drive schedule quality, coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams, and mentor junior planners to ensure delivery aligned with scope and timelines.

The role requires deep knowledge of CPM scheduling, WBS development and IPS facilitation, with hands-on use of Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in EPCM project planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior planners.
• Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using WBS and AWP.
• Lead Integrated Planning Sessions (IPS).
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Analyze critical path, earned value and progress to guide decisions.
• Update schedules and prepare management reports.
• Support schedule risk analysis and contingency development.
• Mentor junior planners.
