Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Site Planner/Scheduler to join our Salt Lake City team. The role requires 15+ years in complex EPCM projects, preferably in metals, with deep CPM and WBS knowledge and strong communication skills.

You will lead IPS sessions with multi-discipline teams and mentor junior planners to ensure on-time project delivery. Responsibilities include developing detailed schedules, analyzing critical paths, and coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction to align

Qualifications

15+ years of proven experience in complex EPCM projects, preferably in metals or steel sectors.
Strong ability to develop logic diagrams, CPM networks and bar charts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules across all phases and align with scope and timelines.
Lead Integrated Planning Sessions (IPS) with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
Analyze schedule risk, critical path, earned value and schedule performance indices.
Update schedules with progress and prepare management reports.
Mentor junior planners and support change management processes.
Coordinate and input schedule deviations and impacts to project changes.
