Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a Senior Planner / Scheduler for our Boise project delivery team. The role will develop and manage schedules across all project phases, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and objectives.

You will analyze performance, identify risks or delays, and collaborate with project teams to keep work on track, while supporting change management and mentoring junior planners. Key responsibilities include leading IPS, coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in executing complex metals/steel EPCM projects.
• Excellent knowledge of planning practices, CPM networks and bar charts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to mentor junior planners.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using WBS and AWP.
• Lead integrated planning sessions and coordinate with EPC disciplines.
• Analyze critical path, EV, SPI/SV and risk, and propose corrective actions.
• Update schedules and generate management reports for governance.
