Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Planner to support Data Center projects over $1B by creating baseline and progress schedules, providing technical input, and preparing updates. The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, Primavera P6 proficiency, and collaboration with Project Managers and Superintendents.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 6 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects are required.

Qualifications

• Expert in CPM scheduling with ability to review and analyze schedules and changes for impact.
• Must have experience with Primavera P6 including cost loading and resource loading capabilities.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level scheduling support to assigned projects.
• Manage schedules for more than one project.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain project schedules with thousands of activities.
• Prepare schedule narratives describing project status and progress.
• Prepare Time Impact Analysis to support contract revisions.
