Job summary

STV Incorporated in the Dulles, VA area seeks a Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for large-scale data center programs. You will work with project managers, construction managers, and field personnel to ensure milestones are met and to deliver timely updates.

The role requires 5–7 years of scheduling experience, strong CPM fundamentals, and proficiency with Primavera P6; experience with data center projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of scheduling experience supporting construction, engineering, or capital improvement programs.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and schedule analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for data center design, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Create integrated master schedules that incorporate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and startup milestones.
• Update schedules on a regular basis using progress information from project teams, contractors, and field personnel.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify impacts to key project milestones and completion dates.
• Prepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, narratives, and executive summaries.
• Communicate schedule trends, risks, and recommendations to project teams and client stakeholders.
