Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree, such as Building Inspection, or the equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver's license may be required.
• Two years of skilled, journey level experience in building trades, inspection or plan examining in the area of analysis to be performed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and superb customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review water and wastewater capacity reservation (WCR) applications and generate WCR letters for impact fee administration.
• Assess impact fees within an Excel-based web client in accordance with ordinances, state laws and regulations.
• Daily correspondence with customers regarding the status of their applications.
• Maintain collaboration with other sections, divisions and departments.
• Assist in creating reports, standard operating procedures and special projects as necessary.
