Job summary

Perfection Staffing, on behalf of HPW, seeks a qualified reviewer to evaluate water and wastewater capacity reservation applications and prepare WCR letters for impact fee administration. The role requires analyzing plans, surveys, and plats while staying aligned with ordinances and state laws.

You will handle daily customer communications by phone, email, and in person; collaborate with multiple sections; and contribute to reports, SOPs, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in Building Inspection or equivalent.
• Texas driver's license may be required and city policy compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Review WCR applications and generate letters for impact fee administration.
• Communicate daily with customers regarding application status.
• Assist in creating reports, SOPs, and special projects as needed.
