• 7 years experience in employment law with a focus on single plaintiff

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single-plaintiff employment litigation
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cases from intake and strategy through litigation
• Supervise pleadings, motions, discovery, and other filings
• Oversee or participate in settlements, mediations, and trial preparation as needed
• Mentor and train team members and collaborate with firm leadership
