Job summary

Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead plaintiff-side personal injury matters in Glendale, California. You will manage a high-volume caseload from discovery through settlement and trial, with substantial ownership and client interaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PI litigation, strong deposition and motion experience, and are admitted to the California Bar. This role offers in-office work initially, with a potential hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Plaintiff-side PI experience.
• Strong litigation, deposition, and motion-practice experience.
• Expert deposition experience.
• Settlement and mediation experience.
• Ability to independently manage approximately 40–50 active matters.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead plaintiff-side personal injury matters through all phases of litigation.
• Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
• Prepare cases for trial and handle at least two trials annually.
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exercise significant independent judgment across a substantial caseload.
