Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney for a full-time, in-office role. You will own cases from intake through settlement, providing exceptional client service and strategic legal representation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in plaintiff PI, deep knowledge of California PI law, and proven negotiation skills. Hybrid/remote options are not specified; strong communication with clients is essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

Active attorney in good standing.
5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
Strong understanding of California personal injury law and procedures.
Experience managing a significant personal injury caseload.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate risk and leverage.
Confident and empathetic communication with clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic investigations into liability, damages, and case value.
Analyze medical records, evidence, and other case-related documentation.
Develop case strategy and identify opportunities to maximize value.
Draft and review demand packages and other legal documents.
Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
Evaluate settlement offers and make strategic recommendations.
Maintain a strong understanding of the legal and factual issues affecting each case.
Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and other professionals.
