Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to represent plaintiffs in high-volume civil cases, focusing on trial preparation and trial proceedings in Southern California.

The successful candidate will manage case dockets, draft pleadings and motions, work with expert witnesses, and appear at depositions, mediations, and hearings, bringing strong client service and advocacy to a busy practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years of general liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
