The successful candidate will manage a significant caseload and collaborate with a team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for clients in cases like wrongful death and traumatic brain injury.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and collaborate with case managers and assistants.
• Work with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments.
• Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel.
• Attend and conduct hearings regularly.
• Develop skills in the personal injury pre-litigation process under experienced supervision.
