Job Juncture in Irvine, CA is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, with strong mentorship and client focus.

You will draft documents, negotiate with insurers, and collaborate with legal teams to maximize case value and deliver exceptional service. Salary is $110,000–$160,000 USD depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active attorney in good standing.
• 2+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of California PI laws and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high-value caseload.
• Independent yet collaborative and highly organized with detail orientation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY - Irvine California

PAY: $100K - $160K DOE

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Conduct strategic case investigations involving liability and damages
• Draft and review legal documents and demand packages
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the legal process
• Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams
• Help maximize case value while delivering an exceptional client experience
