Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney for our Irvine, CA office. The role focuses on managing cases from intake to pre-litigation resolution, aiming to maximize settlements and deliver excellent client service.

Key duties include evaluating liability and damages, negotiating with carriers, and preparing cases for possible litigation handoffs. A CA bar license and 2+ years of plaintiff PI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills essential.
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload.
• Excellent issue spotting and value assessment abilities.
• Organized, responsive, and motivated by performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution.
• Strategically evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Communicate with clients and guide them through the treatment and claims process.
• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements with carriers.
• Prepare cases for litigation handoff when necessary.
• Maximize settlement outcomes through proactive file strategy.
