Qualifications

• 3–5 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Strong writing and legal research skills are critical.
• Experience handling pre-litigation matters and EEOC processes.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and substantive legal documents.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organization.
• Clear, professional communication and proactive follow-through.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required; NJ/CT/PA admiss. a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and evaluate potential claims.
• Manage a high-volume caseload across pre-litigation and litigation.
• Draft rebuttals, complaints, discovery demands, motions, and pleadings.
• Oversee discovery, document reviews, and productions.
• Prepare for mediations and assist in mediation strategy.
• Support depositions, negotiations, and overall case development.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to drive matters forward.
