Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Plaintiff Employment Attorney to lead wage-and-hour and complex employment matters. You will own strategy, manage discovery, draft motions, and mentor junior lawyers.

The role offers significant case ownership, frequent court appearances, and a path toward partnership as the firm expands nationally. Remote work allowed with in-person hearings as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of civil-litigation experience.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission.
• Plaintiff employment, wage-and-hour or class-action experience.
• Strong discovery, motion-practice, deposition and oral-advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment matters.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions.
• Lead written discovery and meet-and-confer processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences, hearings and other proceedings.
• Oversee case strategy, deadlines and junior team members.
