Job summary

Actalent is seeking a PK/ADA Scientist based in Auxvasse, MO to drive bioanalytical assays for PK and ADA analyses. The role involves method development, validation, sample analysis, and client-facing responsibilities within a regulated CRO setting.

The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with ELISA and MSD‑ECLA, plus GLP/ICH compliance, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering data-driven study conclusions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field.
• Experience in GLP and ICH guidelines in CRO setting.
• Experience developing PK or ADA assays from development through validation.
• Proficiency with ELISA assays and MSD‑ECLA.
• Ability to read study plans and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, manage, conduct, and troubleshoot PK and ADA assays.
• Serve as Bioanalytical Principal Investigator for validations and sample analyses.
• Manage method development, qualification, validation, and production studies.
• Coordinate materials and resources to meet study timelines.
• Provide QC support and maintain data integrity across studies.
• Review deviations and write memos for files and SOP changes.
• Prepare and deliver study reports and results within timelines.
• Mentor Analysts in daily operations and share knowledge.
