Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking an Associate Scientist to execute assays across development, validation, transfer, and analysis. You will organize data, maintain compliance, and ensure studies run on schedule with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, following SOPs, documenting results, and collaborating with Scientists and project partners to deliver accurate, timely findings in a regulated CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field and relevant laboratory experience.
• Advanced degree in life sciences is preferred and may substitute some experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assay runs to support development, validation, transfer, qualification, or sample analysis with moderate supervision.
• Prepare study materials, samples, reagents, and controls for assigned work.
• Follow approved methods, SOPs, study protocols, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Document experimental activities, observations, deviations, and routine results in approved systems.
• Prepare routine study worksheets and supporting laboratory documentation.
• Support method qualification, study readiness, data organization, and routine scientific summaries.
• Communicate technical observations and study progress to team members, as needed.
• Apply and strengthen technical proficiency and understanding of CRO workflows.
• Perform other responsibilities based on project and laboratory needs.
