WPROMOTE is seeking a Senior Pitch Designer to lead the visual execution of enterprise new business pursuits. You will own the design quality and delivery readiness of all assets for prospects, while adding motion and video to elevate presentations.

You will partner with strategists and analysts, shaping how our thinking is presented in the room. This role is remote-friendly with in-person hubs, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience, with a meaningful portion in presentation, pitch, or new business design.
• Experience inside a performance marketing, media, or creative agency.
• A portfolio showing decks and pitch materials you designed, ideally including work that helped win business.
• Expert level command of PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts, animation, and durable file handling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video tools sufficient to cut and finish pitch video independently.
• Genuine skill at data visualization, knowing when to show numbers as charts vs. big words.
• Comfort working from strategy and analytics inputs, and the mindset to question a slide’s purpose.
• Strong time management and the ability to work under deadline pressure in pitch windows.
• Excellent collaborative instincts and ability to take direction from senior stakeholders without losing your own view.
• Availability to flex during active pitch windows, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of digital and print production deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage workloads against the pursuit pipeline with deadlines and resource plans.
• Design full pitch decks from narrative to appendix using approved content.
• Provide custom branding and design guidelines as needed by the Growth Lead.
• Turn audit findings, media plans, and data into clear visualizations for a sophisticated buyer.
• Produce motion and video assets for pitches, including sizzle reels and short-form video.
• Assemble case studies, credentials, and team slides from the library.
• Format RFP/RFI responses in Word/Google Docs with tables and exhibits.
• Create leave-behind PDFs, one-pagers, capability sheets, and proposal covers.
• Deliver presenter-ready files across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video.
• Support rehearsals and live pitches, incorporating late changes.
• Build and maintain a master pitch template, slide library, and reusable components.
• Archive final files, sources, assets, and fonts after pursuit close.
