Wpromote is seeking a Senior Pitch Designer to lead the visual storytelling for enterprise new business pursuits. You will own the design quality of assets and bring motion and video into pitches, collaborating with strategists and analysts across the agency.

You will manage a packed pitch calendar, delivering presenter-ready files and maintaining a master pitch template, slide library, and reusable components while adapting to tight deadlines and high expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience, with emphasis on presentation and new business design.
• Experience in a performance marketing, media, or creative agency.
• A portfolio showing decks and pitch materials that helped win business.
• Expert PowerPoint and Google Slides skills with master layouts and animation.
• Proficient Adobe Creative Suite and video editing for pitch assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload against the enterprise pursuit pipeline and deadlines.
• Design the full pitch deck for each pursuit from opening narrative to appendix.
• Provide custom branding and design guidelines per Growth Lead guidance.
• Turn audit findings and data into clear, on-brand visualizations.
• Produce motion/video assets for sizzle reels and short-form video.
• Assemble case studies, credentials, and team slides from our library.
• Format RFP/RFI responses and create supplementary assets.
• Deliver presenter-ready files across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and PDF.
