Highwire seeks a Senior Designer, Brand & Motion to lead motion graphics and video across rapid campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and craft quality. You will collaborate with strategy leads, creatives, and account teams to elevate ideas, while mentoring junior designers and supporting multi-client projects.

The role offers a hybrid/remote work model with a strong focus on delivering impactful visuals at scale and advancing Highwire’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing motion graphics and video work at a campaign level
• Experience with high-volume production environments
• Strong command of brand systems and visual storytelling

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics, video assets for high-volume campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across deliverables
• Present design work to clients and internal teams, justify decisions to non-design audience
• Provide design mentorship to junior designers
• Manage time and priorities across multiple projects
