Job summary

SLB is seeking a Mechanical Equipment / Piping Engineer to support the Engineering Lead and Product Engineering Manager in large-scale data centers. You will oversee mechanical/piping scope, check drawings, and ensure safety and reliability across design, construction, and commissioning.

You will also assist during manufacturing, and troubleshoot site installation and commissioning issues while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in mechanical design for data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Check and approve drawings and documentation to meet standards.
• Review engineering work for accuracy and conformance with specs and codes.
• Prepare mechanical deliverables: BOMs, line lists and stress studies.
• Provide technical support during construction and site commissioning.
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders; manage design basis documentation.
