Job summary

Schlumberger Limited's SLB New Energy & Industrial unit seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large data center construction projects across US sites. You will oversee planning, budgeting, client relations, scheduling, risk, safety, procurement, and team leadership from preconstruction to turnover.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial/mission-critical construction, proven experience with $50M+ projects, and strong MEP expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading large-scale projects exceeding $50M.
• Strong experience managing MEP-intensive projects.
• Proven financial management and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large data center construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, change management, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Direct project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Lead risk management and mitigation planning.
• Oversee procurement strategy and major subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage project controls, reporting, and KPI performance.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
• Champion safety culture and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop and mentor project team members.
