Job summary

Kennedy Jenks seeks an experienced Pipeline Client Service Manager/Project Manager to lead high-impact water and wastewater pipeline projects. You will balance project delivery, client relationships, business development, and team mentoring, while collaborating with internal experts and stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in water/wastewater infrastructure, a Virginia PE, and strong skills in hydraulic modeling, design, and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater pipeline and conveyance project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of pipeline design, analysis, rehabilitation, and construction support.
• PE license in Virginia required; ability to licensure in other states as needed.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and pipeline design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery as PM and technical lead for water/wastewater projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across conveyance infrastructure.
• Direct pipeline planning, analyses, rehabilitation, and new design work.
• Manage project scope, proposals, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Provide construction phase services and submittal reviews.
• Support business development with client relationships and proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster team development.
