Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Pipeline Client Service Manager/Project Manager to lead water and wastewater conveyance projects, mentor engineers, and grow client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

The role focuses on project leadership, technical delivery, and business development, with a PE license in Virginia preferred and 10+ years of pipeline experience. A master’s degree is welcomed; salary ranges from $150,000 to $243,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Virginia or ability to obtain licensure in other states.
• 10+ years in water and wastewater pipeline project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for water/wastewater conveyance projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop team capabilities.
• Grow business development and client relationships.
