Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a Supervisor for pipeline technical maintenance to lead electricians and technicians across district operations. You will guide problem solving, manage maintenance budgets, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

The role involves coordinating capital projects, supporting commissioning activities, participating in training, and providing supervisory coverage during emergencies. Travel and outdoor work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant pipeline maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, pumps, engines, motors and valves.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to implement company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline technical maintenance activities through electrical/electronic and mechanical technicians and manage district projects.
• Provide guidance to resolve operational problems and coordinate with shared services to maximize efficiency.
• Support capital projects through project commissioning activities.
• Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency via preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policy and inspections.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and re-forecast as needed.
• Recommend system improvements through capital and expense project submissions.
• Support HES training and compliance initiatives.
• Provide supervisory relief during emergencies or business needs.
