Qualifications

• High School or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical components for liquid pipeline operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT – OPS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline technical maintenance activities through direction of electrical/electronic and mechanical technicians and manage district technical projects.
• Provide guidance to resolve operational problems and coordinate with shared service departments.
• Support capital projects through project commissioning activities.
• Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency via preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policy and required maintenance inspections.
• Prepare and manage technical maintenance budgets and re-forecast as needed.
• Recommend system operational improvements through capital and expense projects.
• Support HES training and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide supervisory relief during pipeline emergencies or business needs.
