Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a field-focused maintenance professional to repair and maintain pipelines, equipment, and related facilities. You will ensure reliable operation and compliance with regulatory requirements in a hands-on role.

Essential duties include inspecting assets, performing damage prevention tasks, and coordinating with contractors and landowners. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with 0–4+ years of related experience depending on level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work well in a group.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn operation and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate pipeline facilities and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform damage prevention activities including patrols, line locating, and marking.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA) and complete related docs.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks; coordinate with employees and contractors.
• Communicate with landowners, agencies, utilities, and other operators; coordinate activities.
• Participate in safety programs and adhere to policies; provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Follow energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO).
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
