Job summary

Plains All American, headquartered in Houston, TX, is seeking an Integrity Engineer to advance the Integrity Management Program for pipeline and facility assets across multiple districts.

You will perform advanced integrity analyses, review ILI data, validate pressures, and collaborate with Operations, Corrosion, and project teams to ensure compliance and safe operation of the pipeline network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in integrity management, pipeline engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience interpreting DOT/PHMSA regulations and standards (e.g., 49 CFR §195.452).

Responsibilities

• Review ILI vendor data and prepare summary/closeout reports.
• Determine evaluation pressures and validate ILI tool performance against field results.
• Identify anomalies for investigation and repair; develop repair plans and track through closeout.
• Review NDT data for quality assurance.
• Lead P&M evaluations including data integration, HCA review, leak detection, and EFRD adequacy.
• Perform hydrostatic and MOP/MAOP verifications.
• Provide integrity input on new construction pipelines, acquisitions, and projects.
