Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston seeks a Manager of Integrity Services to lead the Asset Integrity team ensuring safe, compliant operation of the assets. You will supervise teams covering Pipeline Safety, Materials & Welding, Engineering Records, and GIS, and oversee MAOP/MOP confirmation and ECAs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Experience with pipeline integrity, safety or engineering functions is required.
• Licensure (P.E.) or advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisors in Pipeline Safety, Materials & Welding, Engineering Records, and GIS.
• Oversee MAOP/MOP confirmation activities and related documentation.
• Review ECAs supporting integrity decisions and regulatory justifications.
• SUPPORT ILI anomaly assessments, remaining strength evaluations, and repair prioritization.
• Lead regulatory engagements and audits with PHMSA/State agencies.
• Support brownfield and greenfield project integrity reviews and pre-commissioning checks.
