Job summary

Plains is seeking an Integrity Engineer to develop, implement, and improve tools and programs for pipeline integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work within the Asset Integrity group across US/Canada, coordinating with regulators and internal teams to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; 2–5 years of related experience strongly preferred.
Interpretation of DOT/PHMSA regulations and standards, In‑Line Inspection (ILI), threat assessment, and preventive/mitigative measures.

Responsibilities

Supports Integrity Management Plan requirements and acts as Integrity point of contact for a Plains Operation Division.
Conducts needs analysis and stays current with pipeline regulations and industry standards.
Provides engineering support for pipeline integrity projects, including hydrostatic test pressures, MAOP/MAOP calculations, and ILI result evaluation.
