Job summary

Plains All American, headquartered in Houston, is seeking an Integrity Specialist to support the safe and compliant execution of its Integrity Management Program for pipeline and facility assets in the Southwest and Gulf Coast regions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in asset integrity, with proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, databases, and integrity software. Expect collaboration with engineers, operations, and vendors and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, data, science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting pipeline integrity, facility integrity, or related asset integrity activities preferred.
• Working knowledge of integrity management principles, data interpretation, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Plains’ Integrity Management Program activities for Southwest and Gulf Coast assets.
• Collect, review, analyze, and interpret integrity data to identify gaps and follow-up actions.
• Conduct integrity reviews of HCA analysis, assessed results, and preventive/mitigative activities; develop recommendations.
• Perform integrity analysis and dig selection within delegated authority per program requirements.
• Support inline inspection validation, closeout reporting, and repair documentation.
• Complete data integration, mapping, and integrity software updates to support defensible decisions.
• Coordinate with Integrity Engineers, Operations, vendors, and stakeholders for timely execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve integrity workflows, reporting tools, data quality, and documentation.
