Job summary

Harvest Midstream Company is seeking an experienced GIS professional to advance the pipeline GIS program, manage enterprise geospatial data, and develop automated workflows using ArcGIS Enterprise and Experience Builder. You will serve as a technical resource for operations, compliance, and integrity initiatives in a midstream setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of midstream pipeline GIS experience.
• Experience managing enterprise geospatial data, including geodatabases, linear referenced pipeline data, and data validation.
• Working knowledge of PODS relational database architecture, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and SQL scripting.
• Experience developing GIS workflows, automation, Experience Builder applications, and enterprise GIS solutions.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise pipeline geospatial data within PODS, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related GIS platforms to ensure accurate and reliable asset information.
• Develop and enhance GIS workflows, standards, automation, Experience Builder applications, and analytical tools.
• Perform advanced GIS analysis supporting pipeline integrity, engineering, regulatory compliance, and other business initiatives, including class location studies, HCA evaluations, and jurisdictional determinations.
• Review and validate GIS deliverables supporting state and federal regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Serve as a technical resource for GIS issues by providing guidance, troubleshooting system and data issues, and recommending effective geospatial solutions.
• Support enterprise GIS initiatives, including application enhancements, data migrations, system integrations, and implementation of new GIS capabilities.
• Mentor GIS team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and review of work products.
• Establish priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and support the continued growth and modernization of the GIS program.
