Harvest Midstream seeks an experienced GIS professional to advance its pipeline GIS program through enterprise data management, solution development, and continuous process improvement. You will serve as a technical resource supporting operations, compliance, integrity, and business initiatives with accurate asset information.

The role requires eight or more years in midstream GIS, expertise with ArcGIS Map/Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise, and strong data governance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressively responsible midstream pipeline GIS experience.
• Experience managing enterprise geospatial data, geodatabases, and data validation.
• Working knowledge of PODS architecture, SQL Server, SSMS, and SQL scripting.
• Experience developing GIS workflows, automation, and enterprise GIS solutions.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Preferred: New Century Software (NCS) Data Management and Integrity Management Suite experience.
• Experience supporting pipeline compliance and integrity programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage and improve enterprise pipeline geospatial data within PODS, ArcGIS Map/Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related GIS platforms.
• Develop and enhance GIS workflows, automation, Experience Builder applications, and analytical tools.
• Perform advanced GIS analysis for pipeline integrity, regulatory compliance, and other initiatives.
• Review and validate GIS deliverables supporting regulatory reporting for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as a technical resource for GIS issues; troubleshoot data and system problems.
• Support enterprise GIS initiatives, data migrations, system integrations, and new capabilities.
• Mentor GIS team members through technical guidance and review of work products.
• Establish priorities and drive modernization of the GIS program.
