Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for pipeline and facilities projects across North America. This role partners with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, innovative energy infrastructure solutions.

You will apply deep expertise in natural gas, LNG, RNG, hydrogen and carbon capture, mentor engineers, support project delivery, and help shape technical standards while working in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of energy infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for pipeline and facilities projects across North America.
• Support project delivery, risk management, and engineering design reviews.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with clients to solve complex challenges.
• Assist with business development, proposals, and technical presentations.
