A leading engineering consultancy located in Houston seeks a Project Manager for Pipelines & Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, building client relationships, and ensuring project profitability and completion on schedule. With a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least seven years of experience, particularly in the gas transmission and distribution sector, you will oversee project communication, scope management, and budget control, while developing proposals and participating in negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years related experience, including 3+ years managing engineering projects in Gas, Transmission & Distribution.
• Experience in producing engineering design and construction documents.
• Demonstrated success in project management and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
• Manage all aspects of projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Serve as primary contact with clients regarding project status and issues.
• Manage project communication and reporting on progress.
• Travel to client and project locations as needed.
