Job summary

Worley’s Denver office seeks a Senior Pipeline Engineer to lead engineering and project execution for oil, gas, CO₂, water, hydrogen, and other pipeline assets across North America. Hybrid work setup combines office collaboration with project support activities.

You will mentor junior engineers, help develop engineering standards, and coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 10 years of pipeline engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering activities on pipeline and midstream projects within an EPC environment.
• Strong understanding of pipeline design, construction, operations, maintenance, and integrity management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pipeline engineering services meeting requirements while maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
• Lead and execute pipeline engineering activities for gathering, transmission, distribution, and midstream projects.
• Manage pipeline engineering scope, schedules, technical quality, and project execution requirements.
• Develop engineering solutions for crude oil, natural gas, CO₂, hydrogen, water, and other pipeline systems.
• Support routing, hydraulic analysis, wall thickness, pressure design, material selection, constructability assessments, and facility integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards and best practices.
