Job summary

Worley’s Pipeline and Midstream team in Denver is seeking a Pipeline and Midstream Project Manager to lead engineering and project execution for pipeline and midstream infrastructure projects. You will translate customer objectives into practical execution strategies and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Engineer Intern (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting pipeline and midstream projects within a US EPC environment.
• Experience in design/construction of crude oil, natural gas, water, and CO2 systems.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, DOT Part 192, Part 195; PHMSA and US Army Corps of Engineers regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading pipeline and midstream engineering and execution projects from initiation through completion.
• Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources per contractual obligations and Worley governance.
• Developing execution strategies that support objectives, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions across pipeline and facility projects.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, contractors, and regulators.
• Providing guidance on engineering deliverables such as alignment sheets, HDD drawings, plot plans, PFDs, P&IDs.
• Facilitating communication among customers, project teams, and leadership for successful execution.
• Promoting safety, environmental stewardship, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
