Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Piping Designer based in Denver to support the Mechanical and Piping team across North America. You will develop piping models, layouts, equipment arrangements, and constructability-focused facility designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

The role requires advanced AVEVA E3D proficiency, field verification experience on brownfield projects, and the ability to mentor junior designers while leading design

Qualifications

• Two or three-year technical diploma with piping design-focused training.
• An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in piping design for industrial, power generation, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver piping design services meeting requirements while maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
• Develop detailed piping models, layouts, equipment arrangements, and pipe supports.
• Lead model reviews, clash detection, and design coordination sessions using AVEVA E3D and Navisworks.
• Coordinate piping design with process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and project management teams.
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
