Job summary

PTAG, a Capital Projects Services and Advisory Partner, seeks a Senior Project Manager – Pipeline for a major midstream program. You will lead delivery of pipeline work packages, coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction, and manage contractors across dispersed spreads.

Strong focus on cost, schedule, and risk mitigation. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in midstream pipeline projects, direct mainline construction leadership, and experience with governance reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of midstream or pipeline project leadership experience.
• Direct experience leading mainline pipeline construction and related activities.
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed pipeline programs.
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept to closeout.
• Strong contractor management, cost and schedule oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and governance involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of pipeline work packages and mainline construction.
• Oversee construction planning and sequencing across spreads.
• Ensure execution aligns with engineering deliverables and milestones.
• Manage pipeline construction contractors and interfaces with engineering/procurement/construction teams.
• Support brownfield and greenfield construction activity as required.
• Monitor and control project cost and schedule with program controls.
• Identify and mitigate construction and program risks.
• Lead change management for scope, schedule, and cost.
