You will manage teams and resources, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline or heavy civil construction, a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and proficiency with scheduling

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.
