Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate and execute natural gas pipeline and related projects. You will develop strategies, review contractor plans, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contract requirements.

The role requires leading large-scale construction efforts, mentoring team members, and driving quality programs across project teams. A valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant experience on projects.
• 7+ years on large to mega projects in oil & gas or related industries.
• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; preferred: experience in process facility or pipeline construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute natural gas pipeline facility and other construction projects.
• Develop and drive strategic practices within the organization and industry.
• Establish project strategies, plans, and construction execution philosophy.
• Review and accept contractor construction schedules and budgets.
• Ensure contract changes comply with contract requirements.
• Ensure safety, health, environmental regulations, and permit requirements.
• Expedite engineering and procurement to support construction.
• Lead construction closeout, including data books, reports, and lessons learned.
• Develop an enterprise construction quality program.
• Ensure inspector qualification programs, permits, and stipulations are met.
• Mentor others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
